Loving Without Losing Yourself
A coaching program for women with a
loved one in active addiction.
This program will change your life by showing you how to stop living in reaction to someone else’s addiction — and start living in alignment with your truth.
You’ll learn to set boundaries that protect your peace, stop enabling, reconnect with your identity, and make decisions from clarity instead of fear. You’ll walk away with the confidence to choose yourself — not just once, but every day.
Because when you stop trying to save them, you finally have the space to heal you.
I need this →Do any of these feel painfully familiar?
► You’re always tiptoeing around, trying to contain someone else’s chaos, terrified of setting them off.
► You love them deeply — yet part of you resents what their addiction has stolen from your life.
► You’re drained from constantly hiding the truth — from friends, family, and sometimes even from yourself.
► You live in a constant storm of worry, fear, guilt, and endless sleepless nights… despite giving everything you can.
► You’re haunted by the dread of that phone call — the one you pray will never come.
► You’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way — your needs, your voice, your sense of who you are.
► You feel powerless to fix it, yet terrified to step back or draw a line.
► You carry a deep, silent shame about how much this has wrecked you — emotionally, mentally, and physically.
► You feel utterly alone, even when surrounded by people — because no one really understands what it’s like to live this.
You’ve Tried It All

You’ve begged, bargained, stayed silent to keep the peace — then spoken up, only to be swallowed by guilt.

You’ve read every book, followed every expert, cleared out bedrooms and bottles, all in a desperate bid to feel in control.

You’ve hired professionals, forced them into rehab or meetings, convinced this time would finally be different.

You’ve poured every ounce of yourself into fixing, managing, and rescuing them — even as it shattered your own well-being.
Imagine this...
You wake up without that familiar pit in your stomach — no more dread about what kind of day it’s going to be. You’re not monitoring their every move, replaying old arguments, or carrying the crushing weight of guilt and fear. Instead, you feel calm. Clear. Grounded in yourself.
You trust your boundaries — and you finally feel safe enforcing them.
You speak up without second-guessing yourself.
You spend time with people who respect your energy, and you no longer apologize for needing space or peace.
You’ve stopped trying to fix or save them, and you’ve started to choose you.
You laugh more. You sleep better. You breathe deeper.
You’re finally feel free — not because they changed, but because you did.
And now, you know this truth deep in your bones:
You’re finally feel free — not because they changed, but because you did.
And now, you know this truth deep in your bones:
You can love someone and still walk away.
You can love and still emotionally detach to save yourself.
You can stay connected without being consumed.
You can choose yourself — without guilt.

Hi, I’m Lori Coffey
I’ve been where you are.
A life-changing medical emergency forced me to stop and take a long, honest look at my life. It made me realize how short and precious our time is — and how important it is to live in alignment with who we truly are.
For over 30 years, I worked in healthcare because I genuinely wanted to help people. But the higher I climbed the corporate ladder, the further I felt I was from actually making a difference in people’s lives. When I finally admitted that my career no longer aligned with who I was, I had to ask myself: What now?
That’s when I began to fully embrace the healing journey I’d started years earlier — after leaving a toxic marriage and supporting my daughter through her addiction. These experiences broke me open and showed me the strength I never knew I had.

Now, I help other women navigate their own healing. Whether you’re recovering from a toxic relationship or trying to survive the chaos of a loved one’s addiction, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
Alongside my personal experience, I bring decades of behavioral leadership training, certifications in spirtual life coaching and intuitive energy healing, and I’m currently completing my NASM certification in wellness and nutrition coaching.
I believe movement is medicine — and when we lose ourselves, physical wellness often gets buried under the weight of survival. But when you reconnect with your body — sometimes for the first time — it changes everything.
