Finding Her Way

This program will change how you show up in your life. Not as someone constantly explaining herself, questioning her worth, or managing someone else's chaos — but as a woman who knows her value, honors her voice, and chooses herself without apology.

Right now, you might feel…

► Unsure if your feelings are even valid — questioning whether it was really that bad, or if you’re just “overreacting,” like they always claimed.

► So used to doubting yourself that you’ve lost trust in your own instincts, emotions, even your memory.

â–ş Completely drained from constantly tiptoeing around, trying to keep the peace while slowly losing yourself piece by piece.

► Disconnected from the person you used to be — and terrified you’ll never find your way back.

► Ashamed for staying as long as you did… or confused why it still hurts so deeply, even if it’s “over.”

► Afraid you can’t do this alone — wondering if you’re strong enough to rebuild without them.

► Deeply alone, knowing no one really saw what you endured — because from the outside, everything looked perfect. The pain was always hidden behind closed doors.

You’ve Tried It All

You’ve kept the peace, stayed quiet, and tolerated more than anyone will ever know — just to avoid conflict and protect your family.
You’ve convinced yourself it wasn’t that bad, that you could handle it if you were just more patient or less emotional — believing things would eventually get better.
You’ve read every book, followed all the advice, prayed for strength to keep going — or finally find the courage to leave.
You’ve second-guessed every decision, apologized for things that weren’t your fault, and twisted yourself into someone you hardly recognize — all to feel loved and keep up the illusion that everything was fine.

Imagine this...

You woke up and didn’t feel anxious about who you had to be that day — no more pretending, no more performing.

You trusted yourself again — your gut, your voice, your needs.
You spoke up without guilt. You said no without explaining.
You no longer replayed conversations in your head or tiptoed around other people’s moods.

You made choices based on your own peace, not someone else’s approval.

You started laughing again — real, deep laughter.

You finally felt free — not because they changed, but because you did.

INTRODUCING

Finding Her Way

A coaching program for women healing from narcissistic relationships, emotional burnout, or years of living for everyone but themselves.

A 12-week 1:1 coaching journey designed to help you reclaim your voice, rebuild your self-worth, and step into the life you were meant to live — after years of emotional exhaustion or relationships that left you questioning everything.

By the end of Finding Her Way, you’ll know how to:

Trust yourself again. No longer second-guessing your feelings, your choices, or your ability to make decisions without outside approval.

Set clear boundaries without guilt and actually feel good about protecting your time, energy, and peace.

Reconnect with the woman you were always meant to be strong, grounded, clear, and no longer defined by what others expected of you.

Honor your inner voice. Learning to listen to the quiet knowing inside you, even if it was ignored or silenced for years.

Hi, I’m Lori Coffey

I’ve been where you are.

A life-changing medical emergency forced me to stop and take a long, honest look at my life. It made me realize how short and precious our time is — and how important it is to live in alignment with who we truly are.

For over 30 years, I worked in healthcare because I genuinely wanted to help people. But the higher I climbed the corporate ladder, the further I felt I was from actually making a difference in people’s lives. When I finally admitted that my career no longer aligned with who I was, I had to ask myself: What now?

That’s when I began to fully embrace the healing journey I’d started years earlier — after leaving a toxic marriage and supporting my daughter through her addiction. These experiences broke me open and showed me the strength I never knew I had.

Now, I help other women navigate their own healing. Whether you’re recovering from a toxic relationship or trying to survive the chaos of a loved one’s addiction, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Alongside my personal experience, I bring decades of behavioral leadership training, certifications in spirtual life coaching and intuitive energy healing, and I’m currently completing my NASM certification in wellness and nutrition coaching.

I believe movement is medicine — and when we lose ourselves, physical wellness often gets buried under the weight of survival. But when you reconnect with your body — sometimes for the first time — it changes everything.

Ready to Find Your Way?

With the Finding Her Way Program, you’ll stop doubting your reality — and start trusting what you feel, what you know, and what you truly need.

You’ll break free from living on autopilot — and start showing up fully for yourself, not just for your partner, your kids, or anyone else.

You’ll finally believe in your own strength — not just to survive, but to rise, flourish, and thrive on your own terms.

A Final Word, from One Woman to Another

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You just have to be willing to take the next step.

I know what it’s like to feel lost in a relationship that slowly erased who you were.

To question your worth, your sanity, and your ability to start over. I know, because I’ve lived it.

This program isn’t about fixing you — because you were never broken.

It’s about helping you remember the woman you’ve always been, beneath all the noise, the pain, and the pressure to be someone else.

You don’t have to keep holding it all in. You don’t have to keep holding it all together.
There is another way — and it starts with choosing you.

If you’re standing at the edge of change, wondering if you can really do this…

Let me be the one to say: you can.

This is your CLIFF Moment.

And you don’t have to find your way alone.
